The Appraisal Officer is responsible to assists the Credit Appraisal Unit Head in supervision of day to day operation of Credit Appraisal Unit. Ensure timely submission and ensure the completeness/ comprehensiveness of property appraisal reports based from the requirements of Business Units. Also, ability to form a minimum operational standards to execute a streamline credit appraisal process to enhance quality of service to internal and external customers.
Your Impact
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and updated data gathered/verified were indicated in Credit Appraisal Report.
Ensure that all necessary steps in conducting inspection and appraisal were undertaken.
Render proper and accurate review (based from Authority Matrix) of IAR via comprehensiveness of information, objectivity of the report, collateral eligibility, value or acceptability and determines if report is within the Bank's standards
Validate the OSP appraisal report based from authority level/matrix.
Ensure the timely submission of Inspection and Appraisal Report to Business Partners.
Your Profile
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Civil Engineering or any Business-related course
With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in appraisal
Must have knowledge of banking products and appraisal.
