Remote Appointment Setter (Part-Time, Weekends Only)

JL Closets, a leading provider of custom storage solutions in South Florida, is expanding and looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, scheduling appointments for our design team, and supporting office operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments.
  • Follow a structured script and adhere to provided guidelines.
  • Maintain reliability and consistent attendance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets efficiently.
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Communicate confidently and comfortably over the phone.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

  • Schedule:
  • Weekend Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Weekend Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Weekend Availability Required (Saturdays & Sundays)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Compensation: $4 per hour + performance-based bonuses
  • Work Location: Remote
