Appointment Setter

Rate: Php29,000/monthly

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns, averaging 350–500+ dials within a 6-hour shift.
• Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and high-value prospects to introduce services and identify opportunities.
• Schedule qualified appointments and consistently achieve a target of at least 5 appointments per day.
• Build rapport and hold natural, consultative conversations beyond scripted messaging.
• Qualify leads by identifying business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
• Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and appointment details in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture interest and secure appointments.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong sales background with proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment setting.
• Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent and the ability to confidently engage in natural, unscripted conversations.
• Experience speaking with business owners, executives, and other high-level decision-makers.
• Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Ability to consistently meet aggressive dialing and appointment-setting targets.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and a professional remote work setup.
