Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Commission Only, No Cap

Why this role is worth your time
- 50% commission on the client's first month payment, every time a deal you booked closes. No cap on what you can earn.

What you'll actually do
- Build and bring your own list of US small business leads to call
- Follow a call script to spark interest and qualify the prospect
- Book qualified prospects onto the founder's calendar for a short discovery call
- Log every call and outcome so we both know what's working
Who we're looking for
- Fluent, confident English on the phone. You're not afraid of rejection and you don't sound like you're reading a script.
- Comfortable sourcing and building your own list of US business leads. We're not handing you one.
- Able to work a night shift to cover US business hours.
- Background in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or BPO sales is a plus, but not required if you can prove you can talk.
- Own laptop, headset, and stable internet.
Pay, plain and simple
Commission-only. You earn 50% of the client's first month payment for every deal that closes from an appointment you booked. Our retainers average around ₱30,000 a month, so one closed deal can mean roughly ₱15,000 for you. No base pay, no cap on what you can earn, and every closed deal pays out the same way.
