Appointment Setter (Remote) – Good Boi Marketing
Good Boi Marketing is a fast-growing agency specializing in helping dog groomers and dog daycare businesses generate and book high-quality appointments through our proven PAWS Method.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and personable Appointment Setter to join our team and help convert leads into booked appointments for our clients.
You will be speaking directly with leads who have already shown interest, ensuring they are qualified and successfully booked into the calendar.

Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated for our clients
- Qualify prospects based on client criteria
- Book appointments directly into client calendars
- Handle follow-up via phone, SMS, and email
- Maintain accurate notes and updates inside our CRM (Go High Level)
- Maximize contact rate and booking rate for every lead
Requirements
- Professional or native-level English (C1–C2) – spoken and written
- Strong communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured scripts and processes
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
Technical Requirements:
- Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
- Stable electricity
- High-quality headset
- Dual-screen setup (required)
- Schedule
- You must be available to work within our operating window of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
- You will be assigned a fixed shift within this window
- Once assigned, your schedule will remain consistent week to week
Compensation:
- $5 USD per hour
- Opportunity for performance-based bonuses
- Additional hours available based on performance and availability
