As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly driven Appointment Setter / Lead Qualifier who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn inbound interest into booked, qualified appointments.
Role Overview
This is not a closing role—your primary mission is to qualify leads and book appointments for our sales team.
You will be the first point of contact for inbound prospects, ensuring every lead is properly vetted, consistently followed up, and scheduled. This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and relentless on the phone—a true call machine who also demonstrates strong judgment and takes ownership of both follow-ups and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email with urgency and professionalism
Follow a structured pre-qualification process to assess customer fit
Ask the right questions, gather accurate information, and filter high-quality opportunities
Book qualified appointments for the sales team across Florida
Execute consistent follow-ups (calls, texts, emails) to maximize booking rates and reduce no-shows
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (GoHighLevel preferred)
Handle essential admin tasks including data entry, pipeline updates, and appointment confirmations
Ensure a smooth and organized handoff to the sales team
Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity and booking targets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or high-volume calling roles
Strong communication skills with a clear, confident American accent
Ability to strictly follow scripts and qualification frameworks while sounding natural
Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
Demonstrates excellent judgment, practical thinking, and the ability to handle situations with minimal supervision
Comfortable managing both high call volume and admin/CRM responsibilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Resilient, energetic, and thrives in a performance-based environment
