Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative to join our team for a full-time night shift role. The position involves working 8 hours per day, where your primary responsibility will be to attend outbound and inbound calls, pitch our services to potential clients, and book qualified appointments for the sales team. You will engage prospects in meaningful conversations to generate interest, handle basic objections, and ensure a smooth scheduling process. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM, sending confirmations, and following up with leads are key parts of the role. This is a performance-driven position ideal for someone who is confident on calls, persuasive in communication, and committed to delivering results during night hours

Requirements

  • Make outbound calls/messages to potential clients to introduce and pitch company services
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the services offered
  • Engage prospects in conversation to generate interest and qualify them
  • Book appointments or demos with interested and qualified leads for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Send confirmations and reminders for scheduled appointments
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
  • Handle basic objections and encourage prospects to take the next step
  • Consistently meet daily/weekly targets for outreach and appointments booked
  • Atleast 1 year of experience
