We're Conek Media. We run patient acquisition for 500+ chiropractic clinics across the United States, including locations of The Joint Chiropractic. We're looking for one full-time setter to join our B2B sales team. You'll be calling chiropractic clinic owners in the US and booking qualified discovery calls into our co-founders calendars.
If you've done 1-3 years in BPO, appointment setting, or phone sales and you're tired of being a number on a 50-person floor with no path forward, this might be your move.
The role
- Monday to Friday, 6-8 hours per day
- US business hours (you'll need to work US Eastern or Central time)
- 80-100 outbound dials per day using our GHL power dialer
- Qualify leads against our scoring criteria
- Book qualified calls into our founders calendars
- Log all activity in GHL
Compensation
- Base pay from day 1, paid weekly in USD via Wise or Payoneer
- $20 USD bonus for every qualified show on the calendar
- $100 USD bonus for every new client signed from a call you booked
- Top performers earn $1,400-1,800 USD per month total
- Salary review after 90 days based on performance
Growth path
We promote from within. Our next closer role opens in 4-6 months. Closer comp is base plus commission, typical earnings $3,000-5,000 USD per month for top performers. If you're hungry, this is your shortest path to a closer seat in a US agency.
Who thrives here
- Clear, conversational English (call-center neutral is fine, we are NOT looking for fake American accents)
- 1+ years on the phone in B2B or B2C sales or setting
- Comfortable with 80-100 dials per day without losing energy
- Doesn't take rejection personally
- Follows a script tightly while sounding natural
