Appointment Setter (Cold Caller)

We are seeking a confident and personable Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to real estate agents and set qualified appointments on our behalf. In this role, you will follow proven scripts to gauge interest, identify open agents, and book short introductory calls. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, reliable, and able to work independently through a high volume of calls each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents using a provided dialing system and scripts
• Gauge each agent's interest in speaking with our team
• Book 15-minute appointments on the calendar when an agent expresses interest
• Disposition calls accurately after each conversation
• Work through provided call lists efficiently and consistently
• Maintain a professional, friendly phone presence on every call
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or cold calling
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, and professional phone voice
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Ability to follow scripts closely while sounding natural
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PhoneBurner or similar power-dialing software
• Background in real estate, real estate lead generation, or B2B appointment setting
• Familiarity with call dispositioning and CRM-style tracking
• Ability to handle objections calmly and keep conversations moving
