Appointment Setter (BPO Cold-caller)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Setter at Loop Contact Solutions, located in Makati. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting and scheduling appointments, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include making calls to potential clients, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs to set appointments successfully.

Qualifications

• Experience in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling
• Skills in Lead Generation and Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Makati
• Can start immediately once hired
• Previous call center experience is a plus

Salary

• Up to 27K Package + 10$ incentives per successful appointment
