Key Responsibilities
- Verify, process, and reconcile fuel delivery tickets, invoices, and sales transactions.
- Review driver delivery logs, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and dispatch reports for billing accuracy.
- Generate customer invoices and ensure accurate fuel pricing and tax application.
- Reconcile customer accounts, fuel transactions, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with Fuel Operations, Dispatch, and Accounting teams to resolve billing and delivery discrepancies.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly fuel inventory reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audit compliance.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance billing and reconciliation workflows.
Qualifications
- Open to Entry-Level, Mid-Level, and Senior candidates.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting, Finance, Reconciliation, or Fuel Operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fuel, petroleum, logistics, transportation, or distribution industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of fuel pricing, fuel taxes, Bills of Lading (BOLs), inventory reconciliation, and delivery documentation.
- Experience handling high-volume billing and account reconciliations is a plus.
