Job Description
Degree in IT or equivalent.
Must have minimum 6 -10 years of experience in IT Application Support
Must have application support experience in SAP Modules
Exposure on and SAAS technologies such as SF, Ariba, C4C is preferred
Must have 2-3 years of extensive experience in Incident & Service request management, Resolving IT issues and maintaining service levels
Experience in using ServiceNow including reporting during Service Delivery
Ability to manage vendors and stakeholders
Good to have ITIL Certification
Good to have PowerBI or any other Visual Analytics BI reporting tool.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
