Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Required Skills and Work Experience:
- Basic experience in application development and integration, including testing and supporting software based on client requirements
- Understanding of how multiple IT systems integrate and function cohesively within an organization
- Ability to assist in risk identification and follow IT risk checklists to prevent service disruptions
- Experience in incident investigation and problem management support, including documenting root causes
- Knowledge of process flows and transaction lifecycles within IT service delivery
- Ability to provide Tier 1–2 support and escalate issues appropriately
- Strong documentation and communication skills to share process updates with teams
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule and fast-paced BPO environment
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)
- ITIL® Foundation
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
