Job Description

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage with clients to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Your typical day will involve addressing client inquiries, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions while maintaining a high standard of service quality. You will leverage your communication skills to facilitate effective interactions and ensure client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients. - Document and track client interactions and resolutions to ensure a comprehensive knowledge base. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience. - Provide training and support to clients on system functionalities and best practices. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Technology Expense Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize technology expenditures. - Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. - Ability to generate reports and insights to support decision-making processes. - Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting methodologies related to technology investments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Technology Expense Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum less than 1 year(s) of experience is required
