Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Night Shift

Location: Quezon City

Role Overview

We are looking for an Application Support/Developer to manage and enhance enterprise performance management systems, with a focus on Tagetik applications. This role combines L2/L3 support responsibilities with development and optimization work, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement. You will work in a collaborative environment that values knowledge sharing, proactive problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 production support, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and issue prevention

• Monitor and resolve performance issues while ensuring system reliability and availability

• Manage release deployments, environment configurations, and application updates

• Design and maintain integrations (file-based and API) across systems

• Apply dimensional modeling and optimize calculation logic for performance efficiency

• Implement and maintain security design and access controls across applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancements and business requirements

Must Have

• Hands-on experience with Tagetik applications (GM, LOCAL, GLOBAL, MATCH, Liquidity, MUTOR, IDL AR)

• Experience in L2/L3 application support, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

• Knowledge of dimensional modeling, system integrations (file/API), and performance tuning

• Experience in release management and environment support

Good to Have

• Background in EPM or financial systems

• Exposure to enterprise-scale planning or reporting tools

• Familiarity with security frameworks and access management

• Experience working in hybrid or global delivery environments
