Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in BGC Taguig for an Application Support Specialist. Responsibilities include providing application and technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, analyzing application performance, identifying problems, and providing timely solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to address software or system updates and enhancements.
