We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to support and continuously improve our business application services. In this role, you'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable application operations, smooth production releases, and an excellent experience for end‑users.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and reliable business application operations by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Support the transition of application features from development to production, ensuring stability and quality throughout the release lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize application service operations and performance.
- Assist in the automation of manual processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability of application service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incident and problem management, providing clear updates and root cause insights.
- Manage and coordinate escalations related to operational and application support topics.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in working with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud services, ideally AWS.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (Java and/or Python is a plus).
- Practical experience in incident and problem management within a production environment.
- Familiarity with ITSM and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of at least one Enterprise Agile framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong background in agile delivery, including release management and engineering exposure.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple operations and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
