Application Support (IIS, Powershell & SQL)

Position: L3 Application Support & Deployment Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Application Support & Deployment Engineer who is passionate about deployment, troubleshooting, and system support. The role involves supporting business-critical applications, managing deployments, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Deployment Engineering, Application Support, or Development roles
• Strong troubleshooting and system support experience
• Knowledge of deployment processes and change management
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft IIS, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL queries
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Microsoft TFS
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with good documentation skills

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Linux environments
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Docker container experience
• Background in C# development
• Database administration experience
• DevOps or ITIL certification

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy applications across production and non-production environments
• Support Order Management, Manufacturing, Billing, Reporting, and Web Applications
• Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve complex technical issues
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Manage user access and permissions
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
• Evaluate, test, and deploy change requests and enhancements
• Improve deployment processes and maintain technical documentation

Work Setup:
• Hybrid work setup (3 days onsite per week)
• Mid-shift schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (PHT)
• May require extended hours or shifting schedules depending on business needs
