Your Role
As an
Application Support Engineer, you will:
- Handle all clients technical queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Centroid systems and trading operations.
- Support client onboarding activities, from planning and implementation through post-go-live maintenance.
- Assist clients with system configuration and integration of new components, including liquidity providers (LPs) and takers.
- Serve as the front-line support contact via email, chat, and phone while escalating complex issues to the development team when necessary.
- Maintain and update release changelogs and support documentation for new product deployments.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing application support.
- Basic knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
- Previous experience working with brokerage firms, particularly in back-office or middle-office environments.
- Experience supporting clients within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of FIX Protocol and financial systems integrations.
- Desire to continuously acquire new skills and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
