Your Role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will:

  • Handle all clients technical queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Centroid systems and trading operations.
  • Support client onboarding activities, from planning and implementation through post-go-live maintenance.
  • Assist clients with system configuration and integration of new components, including liquidity providers (LPs) and takers.
  • Serve as the front-line support contact via email, chat, and phone while escalating complex issues to the development team when necessary.
  • Maintain and update release changelogs and support documentation for new product deployments.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client-facing application support.
  • Basic knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
  • Previous experience working with brokerage firms, particularly in back-office or middle-office environments.
  • Experience supporting clients within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of FIX Protocol and financial systems integrations.
  • Desire to continuously acquire new skills and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
