JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled Application Support professional to join our Team. This role ensures smooth operation of our applications, focusing on Sales Order processes, ticketing, and incident handling. The team operates on a rotational shift schedule to ensure continuous support.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day application support for SWS applications

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner

Monitor system performance and report anomalies

Manage tickets: create, update, and resolve reported incidents

Perform SQL queries, database troubleshooting, and report generation

Collaborate with other support members to ensure continuous service

Document incidents, solutions, and procedures for future reference

Serve as backup support for other team members as needed

Mandatory Skills Description:

AutoSys,

Unix,

Middleware

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a shifting schedule

Strong communication skills for internal and cross-team collaboration

Languages:
