Application Support Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure(5 years)

-Experience with Alfresco / Mobius platform optimization, including repository management, archiving, and content retrieval is REQUIRED.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Content Management, Linux.

- Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting and managing services.

- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical contacts.
