Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving issues across various critical business systems to ensure smooth operations. This role requires continuous monitoring of system performance, collaborating with different teams to identify root causes, and implementing effective solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining system stability to support business needs efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system issues. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise. - Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service). - Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes within enterprise environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud-based planning and budgeting applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Oracle EPM solutions. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose problems effectively. - Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and updates. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service). - This position is based at our Manila office.
