Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and providing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also interact with various stakeholders to ensure that the systems function optimally and meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. - Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Procurement Cloud. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application support and troubleshooting. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Familiarity with database management and SQL queries. - Ability to analyze and interpret system logs for issue resolution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
