Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system challenges and delivering effective solutions to maintain smooth operations. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of system performance are integral parts of the daily routine to ensure business continuity and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand system issues and prioritize resolutions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise. - Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning processes and workflows. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. - Familiarity with integration points and data flow between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business applications. - Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and business users. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - This position is based at our Manila office.
