Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves continuous monitoring, analyzing system behavior, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth and reliable operations. You will engage in problem-solving activities that help maintain the stability and performance of critical applications, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions. - Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures. - Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues before they impact business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Backup Architecture and Design, Splunk, Dynatrace APM. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and service management. - Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system reliability. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in cloud environments. - Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Manila office.
