Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

MS Teams Telephony Experience with Direct Routing. Understanding of call flow and call transfer. knowledge of SBC (Session Border Controller). Experience with Cisco SBC or Sonus SBC. Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). Experience with SfB (Skype for Business). Cisco IPT Understanding of call flow and call transfer. Knowledge of legacy Cisco Voice systems. Experience with Webex Calling. Experience with Webex Contact Center (CC). Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
