Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
The role of the Technical Writer will own development of tech arch documentation, standard operating procedures for the software packages, white papers and other associated documentation from lab work. The Technical Writer will be responsible for: Gathering information from rest of the team needed to draft reference architecture technical architecture documentation Writing white papers regarding F5 functionality, use cases and testing results Developing SOP documentation Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
