Job Description
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Substitutes for the Lead in case of unavailability
Provides technical assistance to Programmers in the development phase.
Supervises a Functional or Technical Area.
Reviews the completeness of functional designs and assesses the impact of any outstanding or potential functional issues.
Creates technical designs and assesses the impact of any outstanding or potential technical issues.
Performs code reviews prior to start of unit testing to ensure that programs are coded as designed and are consistent with programming standards of the client.
Helps in reviewing unit tested programs, making sure in the process that all required documentation are completed.
Schedules target dates for design walk-through, code review, unit testing and sign-off.
Ensures that program deliverables are submitted on time and within budget.
Ensures work tracking tool is updated.
Monitors and reports developer's progress.
Communicates best coding practices to team and less experienced staff. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
