Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to analyze business requirements, troubleshooting software problems, and ensuring that systems operate smoothly. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions that enhance the overall functionality of the systems you support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Document processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Application Modernization. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports to support project objectives. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Manila office.
