Job Description
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: 1. Provide L3 support and administration for IBM z/OS environments. 2. Deliver L2 support for DB2, CICS, and MQ. 3. Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, Telnet, and AT-TLS configurations. 4. Support RACF administration and security-related activities (L2). 5. Perform periodic maintenance, apply PTFs, and execute ISV product upgrades. 6. Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests. 7. Collaborate with application, middleware, network, and security teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
