Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer and Mobius (Enterprise Content Management) Administrator, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to collaborate with various teams, manage team decisions, and provide solutions to complex problems. You will be expected to leverage your expertise to ensure the smooth operation of enterprise content management systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Primary Skill: Expert proficiency in Mobius (Enterprise Content Management). - Required Primary Skill: Proficient in Cloud Infrastructure Methodologies. - Required Secondary Skill: proficiency in Enfocus PitStop Pro (ECM), Autosys, Alfresco DMS - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes. - Experience with content management systems and related technologies. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management Implementation. - This position is based at our Manila office.
