Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As a Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) Admiistrator, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be filled with collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making as you work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of applications. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Primary Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Required Secondary Skill: proficiency in MicroStrategy, Qlik, Business Object (BobJ) - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports. - Proficiency in data modeling and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with SQL and database management systems. - Experience with data visualization best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Manila office.
