Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to analyze software components, collaborate with team members, and provide effective solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications function smoothly and meet the needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and troubleshoot application issues to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality. - Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively. - Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering, Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with system integration and data flow management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - This position is based at our Manila office.
