Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving complex issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively. - Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial planning and forecasting applications. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures. - Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
