Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and acting as a software detective to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical issues. - Ensure timely resolution of issues by following established procedures and protocols. - Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve system performance. - Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Strong program and project management skills. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in technical documentation and program control services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of business requirements analysis. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Program Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Software Engineering or a related field. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
