We are looking for an Application Support Associate to provide technical and functional support for our company systems. This role ensures smooth daily operations by assisting users, resolving system issues, and supporting system updates and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for company applications
- Troubleshoot system issues and assist end-users
- Handle and resolve helpdesk tickets within SLAs
- Perform system data updates and ensure data accuracy
- Support system testing (UAT/QA) and validate fixes
- Document issues, solutions, and processes
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT or application support (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of databases and data management
- Familiarity with software testing/QA is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
