Job Description

As an Application Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in resolving product issues, supporting SaaS applications, and ensuring seamless system performance. You'll work closely with global teams to troubleshoot, analyze, and improve processes that keep platforms running efficiently.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Excel expertise and proficiency in MS Office products
  • Background supporting SaaS applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personable, able to build strong relationships
  • Innovative and creative mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence, adaptability, and resilience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to level 1 and level 2 product support issues via tickets, phone calls, or remote sessions
  • Investigate and replicate issues that meet quality assurance requirements
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and procedures
  • Stay current with updates, processes, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Support team practices
  • Provide regular and ad hoc support for the company as required
  • Comply with corporate and divisional service, personal, professional, and ethical standards
  • Review and sanitize customer data using CSV/Excel and liaise with overseas counterparts before importing data into internal support system
  • Perform any other tasks and activities suitable for a Support role
