Key Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze customer technical requirements, providing hands-on support for instrument installations and system implementation.
- Conduct engaging technical demonstrations and presentations to support product promotion, evaluation, and sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly guides, work instructions, and standard operating procedures for company products and solutions.
- Support the technical training of Commercial teams and Technical Service Engineers to ensure product competency and alignment.
- Provide timely and accurate technical assistance in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and claims, including performing necessary validations and checks.
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers by delivering solutions-oriented support and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Medical Technology, Public Health, or any related Health Sciences field.
- Experience in clinical analysis, particularly in Clinical Chemistry and Hematology, is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Autoimmunity and Immunofluorescence Assays is a plus.
