Application / Production Support Engineer

Work Set-Up: Hybrid (3x onsite/week)

The Production Engineering Team is responsible for supporting global trading applications. The team is involved in monitoring system health, analyzing and resolving incidents, and participating in change and release management activities.

Roles Available:

Team Lead

Senior Engineer

Associate / Mid-Level Engineer

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in AWS
• Knowledge of system health monitoring and performance management
• Experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Exposure to change management and release management activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
• Experience using observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk

Desirable Skills:

• Experience supporting trading platforms and financial applications
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol and trade messaging workflows
• Exposure to DevOps practices, tools, and automation processes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release deployment activities
• Experience working in high-availability or mission-critical environments
