The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and efficient operation of business applications. The position is also responsible for monitoring the application performance, resolving technical issues, and recommending improvements to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides first-line to second-line support for application-related incidents and service requests.
- Monitors and maintains the availability and performance of enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoots application issues and service requests. Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for problem resolution.
- Conducts root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommends long-term solutions.
- Supports regular patching, upgrades, and maintenance of applications to minimize business disruptions.
- Ensures proper documentation of changes, fixes, and restoration. Adheres to cybersecurity and compliance standards.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of computer, engineering, or math courses
- At least three (3) years of work-related experience in application support, IT operations, or system administration
- Experience in Incident and Service Management
- Knowledgeable of API and Integration Technologies
