Application Maintenance Support

Application Maintenance Support is an entry-level role that is primarily responsible for the resolution and tracking of the HRIS live or production instance issues raised by the client. This resource handles the management of production change requests if any. The role ensures that the day-to-day tasks are performed according to the acceptable standards defined in the End User License Rights Agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in either of the following roles: Human Resources, Business
• Process Outsourcing, Software Implementation, Business Analyst, Basic Project Management
• Conversant with all the Microsoft Office Applications
