Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, providing guidance to your team members, and engaging in problem-solving activities to enhance application performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for making key decisions that impact the project and the organization as a whole, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity. - Mentor and support team members in their professional development. - Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Advanced Reporting. - Strong understanding of application design and development principles. - Experience in managing integration projects and ensuring seamless data flow. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
