Job Description
The DFI Link Intern willassist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of theServiceNow platform in alignment with the Group's Software Development Life Cycle standards. This role focuses on non-complex tasks such as building and enhancing digital workflows, configuring platform components, and supporting the development of new modulesor capabilities that aim to improve employeeengagement and operational efficiency. The intern will contribute to testing cycles, documentation, and minor troubleshooting activities while gaining practical experience in enterprise ITSM processes and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration taskswithin ServiceNow, including forms, fields, UI policies, workflows, and catalog items.
- Assist in developing small enhancements and improvements under the guidanceof the ServiceNow Product and Development Team.
- Participate in testingactivities, including creationof test scripts, execution of test cases, and documentation of results.
- Help maintainprocess documentation, configuration notes, user guides,and release-related materials.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support by validating issues, capturing details,and escalating to the appropriate team member.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate requirements, smooth rollout activities, and alignment with platform standards.
- Support data validation, record updates, and minor clean-up tasks as part of continuous improvement efforts.
Required Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other workflow/ticketing systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
