Summary of the Role:

Responsible for overseeing project progress, managing resources, expediting activities to meet deadlines, and ensuring that distributors comply with quality and timeliness requirements in the Distributor Business System. In addition, this role involves reviewing and enhancing existing processes, protocols, and guidelines periodically to ensure alignment with best practices. It also includes monitoring subordinates performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and implementing coaching methods for continues improvements.

Job Qualifications:

• With experience in Distributor Business Systems or any business application related to the Sales Order Process.
• Has participated in or led end-to-end project implementation and project management activities.
• Knowledgeable in SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Preferably with experience in MS Excel VBA Programming and MS Excel Power Query.
• Preferably with supervisory experience.
• Preferably with experience in the FMCG industry.
