Job Description
The Role:
- Provide pre-sales support to Sales personnel, attending technical clarifications meeting and/or presentation with customers
- Perform design and prepare engineering drawings and documentation as per customer's requirements
- Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customer's requirements
- Build up principal relationship and provide customers feedback to principal for service and/or products enhancements.
- Value-add to customers needs and strengthen relationships with them
- Monitor order administration and/or project execution schedule to ensure customer's delivery deadline is met
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in M&E Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCad
- Able to work independently with drive & initiative
