Application Engineer (ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions, including scorecards, breakdowns, and time-series visualizations.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps within various ServiceNow modules.
• Define and set up thresholds, targets, and alerts to provide real-time visibility and predictive forecasts.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to capture requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and adherence to best practices for scalability and accuracy.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management through reports and presentations.
• Troubleshoot data and configuration issues to ensure the ongoing reliability of performance measurement tools.

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Modules Familiarity (ITSM)
