Your Day-to-Day
Scheduling & Cargo Operations Support
Support systems used for:
- Cargo Scheduling
- Marine & Vessel Planning
- Transportation Scheduling
- Inventory Planning
- Terminal Operations
- Supply Chain Optimization
- Product Movement Tracking
- Shipment Visibility & Monitoring
- Operational Reporting & Analytics
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, data integrity issues, and operational exceptions.
- Support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational reporting.
Business Process & Domain Support
- Partner with Cargo Scheduling, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, and Commercial teams to gather requirements and address operational challenges.
- Analyze cargo movement, transportation planning, inventory replenishment, terminal scheduling, and logistics workflows.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
Application Engineering & Production Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for scheduling, cargo, logistics, and transportation applications.
- Monitor application health, integrations, interfaces, and batch processes.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, database, and development teams during incidents and recoveries.
- Support release deployments and post-deployment validations.
Solution Design & Integration
- Support integrations between cargo scheduling platforms and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on enhancements and modernization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain API integrations across scheduling, ERP, logistics, and reporting systems.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Recommend technical improvements aligned with business needs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Application Support, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Systems.
- Experience supporting logistics, transportation, scheduling, or supply chain platforms.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or DevOps delivery models.
- Familiarity with marine, cargo, terminal, transportation, or energy industry operations.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale operational systems and mission-critical applications.
Work Setup
• Work Location: Makati City, Hybrid Setup
• Shift: Day shift
Amenable for 1 year contract, subject for extension
