Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- To assist sales team in
pre- and post-sales ; Trails, Demo, Application feasibilities, site training
and etc., which lead to sales close. - Provide sound
consultation on MT's product solution and application. - Learn and apply product
application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards. - To provide technical
support that primarily related to Process Analytics instruments; software and
related accessories - Responsible for study,
design and propose appropriate parameters and control system that suits
customer's functional and budgetary requirements - Responsible for project
coordination, sourcing of supplier/instruments, design and execution of special
projects. - To organize, and conduct
products training, seminar internally and externally. - To carry out allocated work
efficiently in term of overall system's performance; instrument's operation;
communication within controllers/instruments; etc. - Responsible for pre-sales
ground-work in term to understand customer's actual needs and requirement. - To support, assist and
configure our brand's controller(s) and ensure proper communication with other
devices (Eg. SCADA; PLC; HMI; display; printer; etc). - Determine improvements by
analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications
in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment,
processes, or use of equipment or services - Prepare cost estimates by
studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents - Gain customer acceptance by
explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements - Adhere to customer's site
operating procedures / rules and health / safety / environment regulations.
What You Need to Succeed·
Degree/Diploma
in any discipline preferably in Chemistry/Biology/Engineering or any related
field

Minimum
1-2 years working experience in a process automation environment
·
Experience
and skills in PC/PLC/SCADA system connectivity and basic electrical knowledge
are compulsory
·
Self-starter
with a proactive approach
·
Possess
own transport with a valid driving license
·
Willing
to travel
Preferred:
· First hand understanding of technical equipment, process control system and marketing process
