Brief Job Description:
Lead and own techno-functional solutioning for Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvements, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:
- Act as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning.
- Lead requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional specifications.
- Drive end-to-end process integration across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance.
- Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Lead upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive process standardization and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide functional governance.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Required/ Minimum Qualifications
- 1518 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing.
- Strong techno-functional expertise with solid understanding of EBS architecture.
- Experience in discrete manufacturing environments preferred.
- Proven experience in integrations with external systems (MES, PLM, third-party apps).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in global or multi-org implementations
