Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function effectively to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, implementing updates as necessary.- Document application processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.- Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications.- Proficient in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
